Listening program

To create change, growth and healing in your life you can make use of a listening program. This is a gentle but effective way of changing your life.

For an Inner Sound Listening Program we use CDs created by Arden Wilken to produce a special movement in the body and energy system. The effect of the listening program is enhanced by easy to do body exercises and visualisations.
After an extensive intake the listening program will include one or more cd's (typically more than one cd; the amount of cd's will be determined during intake) and you should listen to one cd every day for the best possible result.
A listening program on an average takes 3-6 months.

Intake (face to face, about 90 minutes): kr. 15.000 / € 150 

follow up sessions (in person or via telephone/skype): kr. 9.000 / € 50 per hour

CD's: kr. 2.800 / € 18 per cd
