Þegar við upplifum að við séum ekki við stjórn í eigin lífi verður
allt myrkara, við missum tengslin við okkur sjálf. Þetta kann að vera
vegna þess að við viljum uppfilla væntingar annarra eða við upplifum
okkur föst í uppákomum hvunndagsins, heima eða í vinnu eða aðstæður
líkt og kreppa trufla okkur. Á námskeiðinu skoðum við leiðir til að
þú getir veitt meira ljósi inn í líf þitt, hvernig þú getur staðið í
eigin krafti og leyft ljósi þínu að skína um leið og þú hefur
samskipti við umhverfið.
Námskeiðið er þrjú skipti, þrír tímar í senn.
Fimmtudaginn 22.1, 29.1. og 5.2. milli 19 og 22
Mögulega verður námskeiðið endurtekið 12., 19., og 26. febrúar
ef áhugi er á.

In this course we want to show you how to get more light into your life. By coming closer to yourself, your inner light, to whom you really are. How to be in your personal power and be in communication with the outside world while shining your inner light and staying in your own strength.
